PCB Cutter Machine equipment parameters

The screws A1-A4 and B1-B4 are used when adjusting the Z-axis (the position adjustment of the lower round cutter).
Upper and lower round cutter protection plate: used to protect the hand during the cutting process. The gap should be put into the plate as appropriate, should not be too wide, fingers can enter the gap is dangerous to hurt the hand!
Guard plate screws: the gap between the upper and lower guard plates is too small, and the assembly plate can not be put in, then the screw needs to be loosened to adjust the gap.

Emergency stop switch: It is used to shut down the device when an emergency occurs during the operation of the device.
Speed control knob: Used to adjust the speed of the board (that is, the speed of the round cutter).
Reverse turn and stop switch: Used for troubleshooting. For example, when cutting a board, reverse the board and exit the stuck board to rectify the fault.
Upper tool tension adjustment knob and upper tool adjustment knob: For adjusting the tool.
After receiving the device, unpack the device, place the device on a stable, flat platform, and ensure that the device is placed smoothly.
Before using the device, check whether the screws are loose and the components are in good condition.
Check whether the emergency stop switch is ejected. If it is in the closed state, press the arrow on the switch to turn it off.
Check the reverse and stop switches to make them in the stop or forward state; The power switch leaves it in the “Off” state.
Check whether the blades are in the proper state. (Close the upper and lower blades gently and stagger each other. Do not touch the upper and lower blade tips directly.) Otherwise, adjust the blades first.
When the blade is in the proper state, [upper cutter tightening knob] should be locked, otherwise release the adjusting cutter.
The proper adjustment of the tool is related to the service life of the tool and the quality of the plate.
Tool setting steps:
1. Loosen [upper cutter tightening knob];
2, rotate the [upper tool adjustment knob], so that the upper and lower cutter tips stagger each other, and gently touch to close, the upper and lower blades can not overlap too much, so as to avoid over-cutting and tool wear faster. (Turn the upper cutter counterclockwise to downward and clockwise to upward) as shown in Figure td-1 and Figure td-2.
3. After adjusting the distance between the upper and lower blades, lock [upper cutter tightening knob].
Adjustment of the lower round cutter: In the long-term use process, due to the wear of the tool and other reasons, the upper and lower tool tips can not be moved closer, resulting in a decline in the quality of the splitter, at this time, the z axis of the lower tool can be adjusted (front and back direction) to improve.
Adjustment method:
Move backwards – gently release B1, B2, B3, B4, then lock A1, A2, A3, A4 until the blade is in place.
Move forward – gently release A1, A2, A3, A4, then lock B1, B2, B3, B4 until the blade is in place.
Before using the equipment, please refer to the “Preparation before use” and “Tool adjustment” sections to ensure that the equipment and tools are not different.
After checking the equipment, you can switch on the power.
As shown in Figure 2, the power switch is closed, and the positive, reverse and stop switches are set to the positive position. At this time, the lower round cutter starts to rotate, and the speed is adjusted to the appropriate speed through the speed control knob.
Start cutting the board: hold one side of the v-cut board with both hands, keep the surface of the board perpendicular to the tool, and parallel the V-slot to the tip of the tool.

The cutter doesn’t turn when the machine is turned on?

What if I get stuck?
Because the v slot is not aligned or other reasons cause the plate, should immediately stop the equipment, and then use the positive and negative switch to reverse the blade out of the plate, such as serious plate, should first adjust the upper cutter, and then take out the plate. Remove the plate and adjust the cutter before use.
