1. Prepare in advance before the patch

Before mounting the SMD electronic components, you should prepare in advance, one copy of the documents and pictures of the specific mounting of the related products and a list of specifications and materials, prepare and mount the related electronic materials, and then follow the specifications and models of the electronic components. And preparations such as the type selection and escape feeder.

2. Automatic smt placement machine boot

Start the machinery and equipment in accordance with the equipment safety production technical operation instructions. When starting up, pay special attention to check whether the power supply and air pressure of the placement machine meet the equipment standards. Turn on the servo and return all axes of the placement machine to the origin position (that is, return the machine to the origin). Then, according to the width of the pcb circuit board, adjust the width of the linear guide rail of the placement machine. The width of the guide rail can be set on the machine or adjusted by hand. The width of the linear guide rail should exceed the width of the printed pcb circuit board, but not too wide. It is enough to ensure that the printed pcb circuit board can slide freely on the linear guide rail.


3. Online programming

Online programming means to manually input the names, specifications and models of all the electronic components to be mounted on the PCB circuit board you want to produce into the program, and use the image function to match the position of the paste, and save the program document. For product programs that have been completed before, you can stop making programs, and you can directly call up the corresponding specifications and models. For company products without CAD coordinate files, you can choose online programming.

4. Install the feeder

After the file program is completed, a material station table will appear. Then, according to the order of the material station table, we smoothly install the feeder that we have loaded with electronic components on the station of the SMT placement machine. The station number must be correct, otherwise, the wrong electronic components will be attached. element. After the feeders are all installed, be sure to arrange for other operators to check again to ensure that there are no errors before production.

5. Make standard signs and visual images of electronic devices

When the smt placement machine is patching, if it is high-precision patching, the pcb circuit board must be calibrated. The standard calibration is done by designing the standard logo on the pcb circuit board and the optical alignment system of the smt placement machine.

6. Test the first sample and adjust the program or change the visual image according to the inspection results

The smt placement machine needs to do a good job of test sticking, and the inspection method depends on the configuration of the testing equipment of each unit. After checking the results, it is necessary to make adjustment procedures or change the visual image. If there are errors in the specifications, models, directions, and properties of electronic devices, the correction procedures should be done according to the list of materials.

7. Continuous patch production

Follow the work instructions to do continuous patch production. During the patch process, pay special attention to whether there are too many discarded materials in the throwing box. If it is full, it should be cleaned up in time so that the discarded materials cannot be higher than the box. to avoid damage to the placement head. In fact, too much material was discarded, which also proved that the parameters in the program were not adjusted, resulting in the failure of suction and placement.

8. First sample inspection

After the first sample inspection meets the standard, it will be re-checked by PQC. After the check is correct, mass placement production can be carried out.
