This SMT 2D AOI equipment realizes full-range quality control for various circuit boards. Built on mature CN820/CN820L structure, the unit is equipped with a 12MP color industrial camera, high-precision telecentric lens and ring tower-shaped RGBW four-color stroboscopic LED light. The optimized lighting setup effectively reduces false calls caused by component reflection and solder shadow, enabling stable detection of tiny 01005 chips with 0.3mm pitch to satisfy precision PCB production requirements.
