Mechanical driving and transmission components are eliminated to boost inspection accuracy and expand application range, lowering mechanical abrasion and maintenance costs drastically. It realizes 100% high-precision 3D measurement for precision solder paste after printing on SMT production lines.
2. Patented Synchronous Structured Light Technology
The patented synchronous structured light eliminates shadow interference during 3D solder paste inspection. Equipped with RG dual 2D light source, it perfectly inspects high-contrast substrates such as black PCB and ceramic boards. Red/Green/Blue triple-color lighting enables true-color 2D image output.
