Coaxial Stripping Home description

  1. Total: Set by the total production volume per batch. (range 0-65535).
  2. Quantity: Current count in the production process (0-65535).

  4. Emergency stop: When this button is pressed, the machine enters the emergency stop state and all motors stop rotating.
  5. Serial number: The file number pre-stored of the cable, which can save 50 kinds of different specifications of the cable program, and automatically read the data stored of the current serial number after entering the serial number.
  6. Linkage delay: Automatically start and run the machine according to the delay setting and turn off the function when it is set to 0.
  7. Number of layers: Set according to the number of layers required for current cable processing.
  8. Start: Press to start the machine after normal operation, if the machine is not reset state will start the reset process
  9. Stop: When the machine is in automatic cyclic start mode, after pressing “stop”, the machine will stop cyclic operation after the current program is executed.

  1. Current program serial number: The currently used stored program serial number (0-49).
  2. Stripping delay: Since the speed of the rotating motor is too fast, there will be scratches caused by stripping before stopping, so it is necessary to set a delay to perform the stripping action after the rotating motor stops.
  3. Retracting speed: The speed at which the blade opens when the machine is running.
  4. Forward and Retracting speed: The speed at which the machine is moving forward.
  5. Clamping speed: The travel speed of clamping and loosening of the clamping mechanism.
  6. Limit Retracting distance: The more distance traveled when stripping in speed mode.
  7. Clamping cable diameter distance: The distance at which the clamp is closed when the machine is running.
  8. Gripper standby distance: The distance of the clamp in standby after the machine is reset and after the operation is completed.
  9. Blade opening distance: The distance that the blade is open when the machine starts to move forward, if you enter small number will cause the blade will be damaged the cable.
  10. Blade closing delay: After the last layer of stripping action is completed, the blade is delayed returning to the closed state, so as to prevent individual wires from being taken out and jammed on the blade due to the blade edge closing too quickly.

Layer 1 setting description

Coaxial Stripping Layer 1 setting description

  1. Length of stripping: Length of stripping of the current number of layers (range 0.00-80.00mm).
  2. Half-stripping: The half-stripping numerical is greater than the Length of stripping numerical = full stripping without leaving jacket is suitable for finished product processing, and the half-stripping numerical is less than the Length of stripping numerical= half stripping jacket on the wire, suitable for semi-finished product processing.
  3. Cutting time: It takes residence time to process the first layer of cutting diameter rotary blade. (range 0.01-5ms) When this parameter is zero, the cutting effect is not good.
  4. Blade closing speed: The speed when the blade of the current layer is closed, and the speed is appropriately reduced when the jacket is soft.
  5. Stripping speed: The speed of stripping of the current layer, and the speed is appropriately reduced when the jacket and the core wire are bonded tightly.
  6. Rotation speed: The rotation speed of the current layer rotation motor.

  • 1.3. Return home:

When the button is pressed, the blade edge motor will automatically return to start then stop and light up the return-home indication.

  • 1.4. Current position:

Display the position of the current motor.

  • 1.5. Confirm:

After clicking the current numerical box, enter the numerical and press to confirm, the motor will run to the numerical position.

 

  • 2.1. Forward:

When the button is pressed, the forward motor continues to advance at the manual speed.

  • 2.2. Back:

When the button is pressed, the forward motor will continue to rewind according to the manual speed.

  • 2.3. Return home:

When the button is pressed, the blade edge motor will automatically return to start then stop and light up the return-home indication

  • 2.4. Current position:

Displays the position of the current motor.

  • 2.5. Confirm:
