The precision flux spraying unit adopts non-contact quantitative jetting, reducing flux consumption by up to 90% compared with conventional equipment and avoiding component contamination and residue. The infrared + hot air combined preheating unit features closed-loop PID temperature control from 80–150 ℃ with an accuracy of ±1 ℃, effectively preventing PCB thermal shock and deformation. The servo-driven lead-free soldering unit, paired with a titanium alloy solder pot, offers adjustable wave height from 0.5–3 mm and precise soldering temperature control from 230–280 ℃, reducing defects such as bridging and cold joints to below 0.1%.
The full-PC intelligent control system uses a graphical interface with one-key parameter recall, enabling quick operation for new users. Programs can be stored, imported and exported, greatly shortening changeover time. The machine delivers high energy-saving benefits: reducing solder dross by 80% and energy consumption by over 50%, with no need for extensive jigs, significantly lowering the enterprise’s full life-cycle cost. It supports a maximum PCB size of 400×400 mm, compatible with various special-shaped boards and thick copper boards, balancing flexible small-batch multi-variety production and stable medium-batch mass production.
