The MSO-400C 3-axis selective wave soldering machine is an offline precision welding equipment designed for high-end electronics manufacturing. Equipped with an X/Y/Z three-axis servo closed-loop control system, high-precision linear guides and ball screws, the machine achieves a positioning accuracy of ±0.02 mm and a repeat positioning accuracy of ±0.01 mm, with a continuously adjustable motion speed of 0–300 mm/s. It supports multiple operating modes such as dot spraying, line spraying, spot soldering and drag soldering, precisely meeting complex welding requirements for single solder joints and long-row connectors. Featuring an integrated compact structure, the machine has a small footprint and can be flexibly installed at any workstation without extensive production line modification. It provides an open operating space with dual front and rear doors for convenient loading, setup and maintenance, while fully enclosed safety protection effectively reduces operational risks. The machine integrates three independent process modules: flux spraying, preheating and soldering, with independently adjustable parameters for integrated and efficient operation.

The precision flux spraying unit adopts non-contact quantitative jetting, reducing flux consumption by up to 90% compared with conventional equipment and avoiding component contamination and residue. The infrared + hot air combined preheating unit features closed-loop PID temperature control from 80–150 ℃ with an accuracy of ±1 ℃, effectively preventing PCB thermal shock and deformation. The servo-driven lead-free soldering unit, paired with a titanium alloy solder pot, offers adjustable wave height from 0.5–3 mm and precise soldering temperature control from 230–280 ℃, reducing defects such as bridging and cold joints to below 0.1%.

The full-PC intelligent control system uses a graphical interface with one-key parameter recall, enabling quick operation for new users. Programs can be stored, imported and exported, greatly shortening changeover time. The machine delivers high energy-saving benefits: reducing solder dross by 80% and energy consumption by over 50%, with no need for extensive jigs, significantly lowering the enterprise’s full life-cycle cost. It supports a maximum PCB size of 400×400 mm, compatible with various special-shaped boards and thick copper boards, balancing flexible small-batch multi-variety production and stable medium-batch mass production.
