YAMAHA YRM10, despite being a single-beam mounter, is equipped with a high-speed multi-purpose inline head, offering a speed of 52,000 CPH (components per hour) and supporting a wide range of electronic components from 0201 to 100 x 55mm.
The scan camera on the mounter head can identify small electronic components and improve production efficiency by reducing the movement distance of the head.
With a placement accuracy of ±35μm, it can mount ultra-small electronic components with high precision.
The compact frame system, measuring 1,254mm in length, 1,440mm in width, and 1,445mm in height, achieves high productivity per unit area.
The YAMAHA YRM10 side-view camera can detect the vertical orientation of electronic components, and side lighting prevents defective BGA components from being mounted.
Equipped with a coplanarity checker, it can detect the warped leads of IC tray components.
The optional automatic nozzle cleaning function allows for continuous operation without requiring downtime, ensuring high-quality production.
Each nozzle has an ID, enabling individual nozzle management. The lightweight feeder and AutoLoadingFeeder function enable easy setup and efficient material supply.
The multi-layer tray component feeder sATS15R supports efficient tray component supply, allowing material changeover without stopping the machine.
With just a single touch, the entire nozzle holder can be replaced, enabling efficient nozzle setup and batch supply to the automatic nozzle cleaner.
