How It Works
- Vision Positioning Principle: The high-definition CCD camera captures the MARK reference points on the PCB. The industrial control system calculates the offset of the board in real time and automatically compensates the 3-axis coordinates, achieving high-precision positioning of ±0.01mm and eliminating placement errors caused by manual operation.
- Servo Motion Principle: X/Y/Z 3-axis servo motors, matched with precise ball screws and linear guides, drive the high-speed spindle to accurately follow preset milling paths. It can process straight lines, arcs and special-shaped board edges with stable and vibration-free movement.
- Milling Depaneling Principle: The high-speed rotating carbide milling cutter cuts along the connecting tabs of PCB panels. Replacing traditional manual breaking and punching, the milling process generates extremely low cutting stress to prevent component cracking and PCB deformation. The built-in negative-pressure dust collection structure absorbs cutting debris in real time to avoid board contamination.
- Control Logic Principle: The Windows industrial host reads DXF drawings or teaching paths and sends motion commands to control 3-axis linkage for fully automatic operation. Equipped with a fully enclosed anti-static chamber, it prevents circuit boards from electrostatic damage.

Application Process
- Power-on Self-check: Switch on power and air supply, start the machine. The system automatically inspects 3-axis servo, CCD vision, spindle and dust collector to confirm no malfunctions.
- Program Import / Teaching Programming: Import PCB DXF drawings, or place a sample board for visual teaching, mark MARK alignment points, generate milling paths and simulate cutting for track verification.
