How It Works?

1. DI water is introduced and heated to the set temperature, then circulated to maintain stable water quality and temperature.
2. Components are moved through the machine by conveyor. Inside, multiple groups of spray nozzles spray water evenly at medium/low pressure, washing away flux, dust and particles from all surfaces.
3. After cleaning, components go through rinsing to remove remaining dirt, then air blowing and hot air drying to ensure no water residue.
4. Finally, cleaned and dried components are output, ready for the next production step.

Step-by-Step Guide on How to Use

Preparation Before Start:

1. Check power supply (380V 50Hz) and ensure it matches the machine’s requirements.
2. Confirm DI water supply is connected, clean and meets quality standards.
3. Check all pipes, valves and nozzles for blockage, leakage or damage; clean or replace if needed.
4. Ensure temperature, pressure and speed parameters are set correctly according to product requirements.
5. Turn on main power, start the system, and run idle for 5–10 minutes to check if all functions work normally.

Operation Process

1. Loading: Place components steadily on the input conveyor, ensuring correct direction and spacing.
2. Isolation & pre-cleaning: Components enter isolation section first, then pre-cleaning to wash away large impurities.
3. Main cleaning: Go through DI water main cleaning section; spray system works at set pressure and temperature to remove residual flux.
4. Final rinsing: Clean with fresh DI water to remove remaining dirt and cleaning traces.
5. Air blowing: High-pressure air removes most water from surfaces and gaps.
6. Hot air drying: Further dry components completely to avoid moisture residue.
7. Output & collection: Finished components come out from the output end; collect and transfer to next process.

Shutdown Procedure

1. Stop feeding components, let all parts inside finish cleaning and drying, then stop conveyor.
2. Turn off heating system and water supply.
3. Run air blowing and drainage cycle to empty internal water.
4. Turn off power supply, clean work area and machine surface.
