1.Basic configuration

2.Function Introduction

1. Portable operation interface:

The rework station adopts a high-definition touch screen human-machine interaction interface, operates in PLC control mode, and has the function of instantaneous curve analysis.

It can display the set and measured temperature curves in real time, and can analyze and correct the curves.

2. Intelligent temperature control system:

The high-precision K-type thermocouple closed-loop control box and high-temperature automatic compensation system, combined with PLC and temperature module, can precisely control the temperature, maintaining it within ±2 degrees.

The rework station also adopts an external temperature interface design to achieve precise temperature measurement and can accurately analyze and correct the measured temperature curve in real time.

3. Servo motion control:

Using a servo motion control system, it can achieve automated control of three modes: welding, mounting, and disassembly, ensuring stable, reliable, safe, and efficient operation.

The PCB board positioning system uses a V-shaped groove and a linear slide, allowing for fine adjustment of the X, Y, and Z axes to meet the layout methods of different PCB batches and the positioning of different-sized PCB boards.

4. Adjustable universal fixture:

It can protect the PCB board, preventing edge damage and further deformation, and can adapt to the rework of various BGA packaging sizes.

The rework station is equipped with multiple specifications of titanium alloy air nozzles that can rotate 360 degrees. The rework success rate reaches 98%. It is also convenient for installation and maintenance and can be replaced during the process.

5. Independent heating of three temperature zones:

It can simultaneously perform multi-segment and multi-group temperature control to ensure that different temperature zones reach the best welding effect simultaneously.

Functions such as heating temperature, time, slope, cooling, and vacuum can all be set on the human-machine interface.

The lower temperature zone can set 6 temperature control segments, and can be expanded to 8 segments when customizing products.

6. Massive data storage:

The equipment can store 50,000 sets of temperature curves at the same time, allowing for the immediate invocation of different BGA for different uses.

Curve analysis, setting, and correction can be performed on the touch screen. The three heating zones of the rework station use independent PID algorithms to better control the heating process.

7. High-definition visual alignment:

An advanced high-precision digital visual image alignment system is employed. The operation is controlled by a joystick, allowing for the movement of the optical lens and comprehensive inspection.

8. Advanced Cooling System:

The rework station is equipped with high-power cross-flow fans to cool the completed reworked PCB boards, ensuring that the solder paste on the PCB boards solidifies quickly and facilitating better inspection by the operators.

After the upper and lower temperature zone heating devices stop, the equipment cooling system is activated. Once the machine temperature drops to normal, the cooling stops automatically to prevent the machine from aging due to prolonged exposure to high temperatures.

The rework station is equipped with an audio control alarm function. It alerts the operator 5-10 seconds before disassembly and completion of welding through audio control.
