2.Core device
Precision Vision System: Utilizing the latest adjustable CCD optical path system, combined with ring light and coaxial light, both brightness can be adjusted continuously.
This enables the accurate identification of various uneven Mark points, and is suitable for PCBs of various colors such as tin-plated, copper-plated, gold-plated, tin spraying, and FPC.
The software system of the G9+ printer can be connected with SPI to achieve closed-loop control.
After receiving the printing information from SPI, the machine can automatically make adjustments within 3 sheets of board based on the offset amount, and clean the stencil mesh to improve product quality.

1.Can the reproducibility of the printer printing ±0.022 be maintained stably in production?
Sure, this accuracy is based on the machine frame and transmission system, and is enhanced by temperature compensation as an auxiliary measure, resulting in very high reproducibility.
2.Do GSK printer have any requirements for the production workshop?
GSK has strong adaptability. The optimal working temperature is usually 20-26℃, the optimal humidity is 40-60%, and the compressed air should be ≥0.5MPa.
3.Is there any work required for machine maintenance?
The machine is cleaned on the surface every day and only requires the addition of consumables. The lubrication of key components is checked weekly. An accuracy calibration is conducted once a month.
