  • By breaking down water into extremely fine water mist, a powerful kinetic energy is generated at the speed of sound (V = 360 ml/s) and sprayed onto the suction nozzle. A continuous energy field is formed above the suction nozzle to be cleaned, disintegrating the dirt on the surface and inside. It is an independent cleaning process without damaging the suction nozzle.

  • It is mainly used for cleaning the suction tips of the soldering machines in the SMT workshop (such as Panasonic, Fuji, Siemens, Yamaha, Samsung, etc.). The entire process, including heating and cleaning, spraying, air drying, scanning and inspection, and classification, is completed.

  • The waste liquid uses the internationally mainstream method of low-temperature and reduced-pressure distillation. The waste liquid evaporates and boils at 30 degrees in a vacuum environment of -97 kPa, avoiding the occurrence of chemical co-boiling under high-temperature conditions, ensuring the compliance and stability of the reclaimed water quality. The industrial wastewater is treated and separated into 10% concentrated waste liquid and 90% qualified reclaimed water.

  • The water quality of the equipment’s output is ≥ 2MQ, and the wastewater after rinsing can be treated and recycled for reuse. The main process is: original water pump + sand filter + carbon filter + polishing mixed bed resin. The maximum designed inlet water volume of the scheme is less than 200L/h.     The machine starts up with rapid low-pressure flushing to remove the residual water in the reverse osmosis; it operates automatically and has a shutdown protection function in case of insufficient water supply. The system has an automatic power-off protection function for low pressure; the RO system has an automatic water replenishment device; the system has complete automatic flushing functions, including rapid low-pressure flushing upon startup.
