The alternating color digital scanning system ensures that a complete image of the entire PCB board is captured in a single scan, achieving the industry’s highest level of high-speed inspection. Scanning a large-size PCB (460mm × 500mm) takes only 19 seconds.

Expanded Application Range

The PCB clearance has been increased to 40mm upward and 60mm downward, allowing inspection of PCBs with tall components. The benchtop system is suitable for any process stage — post-printing, pre-reflow, and post-reflow.

High-Reliability Optical System

The telecentric focusing lens and automatic digital dimming system significantly enhance the machine’s repeatability and compatibility, ensuring highly accurate inspection results. In addition, the high-intensity MLT lighting system enables optical character recognition (OCR), polarity inspection, and solder paste condition inspection, while delivering clearer and more realistic images.
