How It Works
- The CCD camera captures PCB reference MARK points, the industrial control system calculates board offset and automatically corrects coordinates to achieve precise positioning of ±0.01mm.
- The 3-axis servo drives the spindle to mill along board connecting tabs at low speed, low-stress cutting prevents component cracking and board deformation.
- The enclosed chamber with negative pressure device absorbs cutting dust in real time, and the whole machine ESD structure avoids static damage to circuit boards to realize automatic PCB depaneling.

Application Process
