How It Works
The Floor Type Double Head Hot Bar Bonding Machine is equipped with two independent pulse heating modules and pneumatic pressure mechanisms. The two heads operate without interference and can run synchronously or alternately.
- Short-time high current flows into the hot bar to instantly generate high welding temperature for rapid pulse heating.
- The pneumatic closed-loop pressure system outputs constant pressure to compress solder tape, FPC and metal terminals for tight fitting.
- Instant high temperature melts the solder tape to fuse flexible circuits and terminals for electrical conduction; power cuts off immediately after heating.
