How It Works
The XJ360-10T Hydraulic Punch PCB Separator is equipped with a hydraulic power system providing 10 tons of punching force, matched with precise upper and lower molds fully conforming to PCB outlines. After positioning the PCB on the lower mold, the upper mold presses down rapidly. Strong shearing force generated by mold cutting edges cuts and separates circuit boards along connecting frames in one stroke. Application Process
- Connect 380V industrial power and air supply, adjust XJ360-10T High Precision Punch Depanel Equipment pressure parameters.
